Security Network Exercise SNE

Coordination of major exercises and planning future Security Network exercises
Effective crisis management requires close cooperation between the Confederation and the cantons. This cooperation is regularly tested and developed through major exercises.

The Political platform is the body ordering the Security Network exercises, while the Operational platform is responsible for the project supervision. The Political platform's responsibility includes the approval of the various planning phases for the exercise and of the evaluation report.

Monitoring recommendations from SNE 14 at a strategic level

The Political platform receives regular reports, at least once a year, on the progress made in implementing measures recommended following SNE 14.
